Deep Tissue Massage
Choosing Your Massage
Swedish Massage uses long, flowing strokes to relax the whole body and ease everyday tension - a good starting point if you're new to massage or want pure relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage works deeper into muscle layers to target chronic tension, knots and stiffness. More intense pressure than Swedish, best for specific problem areas.
Sports Massage is aimed at muscle recovery and performance, useful before or after exercise or for ongoing physical activity.
Every massage is private, one client at a time. You'll be given privacy to undress to your own comfort level and covered with a towel throughout the session, except for the specific area being worked on at any given moment - you're always in control of your comfort.
What Our Clients Say
Common Questions
Do I need to undress completely for a massage?
Only to your own comfort level - many clients keep underwear on, and that's completely fine. You're covered with a towel throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered at any time.
How do I choose a duration?
30 minutes suits a specific area (back, neck and shoulders). 60 minutes covers a full body treatment. 90 minutes allows for a thorough, unhurried full body session.
Is 30 minutes enough for a sports massage?
For a specific problem area, yes - 30 minutes is a focused session. For full-body recovery work, 60 minutes is a better fit.
What's the difference between a relaxation massage and a sports massage?
Swedish/relaxation massage uses lighter, flowing strokes for general tension relief. Sports massage uses more targeted, technique-driven pressure aimed at muscle recovery and performance, often for clients who train regularly.
How often should I get a massage?
This depends on your goals - occasional relaxation clients often come monthly, while those managing chronic tension or training regularly may benefit from every 1 to 2 weeks. We can advise based on what you're looking for.
Is massage available alongside other treatments?
Yes, massage can be booked alongside hair, nail or waxing appointments in the same visit.
