First Time? Here's What to Expect
If you've never been waxed before, a bit of nervousness is completely normal - most of our first-time clients feel the same way, and it's genuinely nothing to be self-conscious about. Waxing is routine for us, and our only focus is doing it well and comfortably for you.
All waxing is done in a private studio, one client at a time - never in an open room with other clients around. Appointments are quick, most services take 10 to 30 minutes. For best results, hair should be at least 5mm long (about the length of a grain of rice) before your appointment - too short and the wax can't grip it properly. Every applicator is single-use and disposed of after your appointment.
Afterwards, avoid sun exposure, hot baths, saunas and tight clothing for about 24 hours, since freshly waxed skin is more sensitive during this window. Most areas stay smooth for 3 to 4 weeks. Contrary to a persistent myth, hair does not grow back thicker from waxing - if anything, regular waxing tends to make regrowth finer and sparser over time, since hair is removed from the root rather than cut at the surface.

Is waxing embarrassing or uncomfortable to talk about?
It's genuinely not, for us. We do this every day, and our only goal is making you feel comfortable and getting you the result you want. If anything about the appointment makes you uncomfortable, just say so - we'll adjust.
How long should my hair be before waxing?
At least 5mm - roughly the length of a grain of rice. Too short and the wax will not grip the hair properly.
Does waxing hurt?
There's some discomfort, especially for first-timers or coarser hair. It reduces over time with regular waxing, since hair grows back finer and sparser.
Can I get waxed during my period?
Yes, that is not a problem for bikini, Brazilian or Hollywood waxing - just wear a tampon or menstrual cup to your appointment.
Is waxing hygienic?
Yes. Every applicator we use is single-use and disposed of immediately after your appointment - nothing is reused between clients.
What should I do after a waxing session?
