What does our therapist recommend?

How do you protect my skin from dark marks after waxing?
We use hard wax at a controlled temperature, work in small sections and apply soothing aftercare straight after. At home, avoid hot baths, tight clothing, exfoliating and sun beds for 24 to 48 hours, and moisturise daily.
Does a Brazilian wax hurt?
There is some discomfort, especially the first time or if hair is coarse - we will not pretend otherwise. It genuinely reduces with regular waxing, as hair grows back finer and sparser.
Can I come for a Brazilian wax during my period?
Yes, that is not a problem - just wear a tampon or menstrual cup to your appointment. Skin can be a little more sensitive during this time.
How long should my hair be for a Brazilian wax?
At least 5mm - about the length of a grain of rice. Too short and the wax cannot grip it properly.
